Procurement Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for lot 4011?
Minimum order is 500kg for industrial bags and retail pouches. Custom packaging formats require a 2MT minimum. Trial orders below 500kg can be discussed for sample validation.
Can samples be provided before order confirmation?
Yes. 100g to 200g samples are provided free of charge, with courier costs covered by the buyer. Samples are dispatched within 3 business days and include a specification sheet.
What payment terms apply to bulk orders?
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit with balance against copy of B/L. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above 5MT. Other arrangements can be negotiated for established partners.
How is quality consistency controlled across shipments?
Each production run follows the 4011 lot specification. Retained samples from every batch are stored for 24 months, and third-party inspection can be arranged at the factory before container loading.
